How to install the Matrox Meteor II Driver and MIL Lite Redistribution

* start install.bat
* confirm start of information -> click on "Next"
* confirm license agreement -> click on "I Agree"
* confirm installation directory ->  click on "Next"
* choose your board "Meteor II" or "Meteor II MC" -> click on "Next"
* ignore error message "MIL Setup was unable to find the MGI setup program" -> click on "Ok"
* confirm that there is no more recent software version -> click on "Next"
* choose the right amount of RAM (2 MB or 4 MB) on your grabber -> click on "Next"
* confirm the start of installation -> click on "ok"
